U.S. Mint Set Prices

In 1947 the United States Treasury Department started packaging and selling complete sets of uncirculated coins for that year. Every set has at least one coin of each denomination from all of the issuing mints.

Mint sets have long been an excellent way for the beginning coin collector to have one of every coin for any given year in mint condition.

Mint Sets

Below is a price guide for United States mint sets from 1947 to present. There is a sell price and a buy price. If someone is trying to buy or sell a mint set well outside this range, be careful, and do a little more research before spending your hard earned money.
